Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
In which countries does Movin’Marine operate?
We operate internationally, delivering exploration projects across Europe, Africa, the Americas and other regions. Our airborne radar technology enables us to adapt to diverse geological conditions, regulatory environments and logistical frameworks worldwide.
Is the M2® Airborne Radar an invasive system?
No. The M2® Airborne Radar is a fully non-invasive technology. It does not require drilling, excavation or direct intervention on land or seabed areas. This significantly reduces environmental impact and operational risk compared to conventional exploration methods.
What types of resources can be detected?
The M2® system identifies geophysical anomalies associated with:
Gold (Au)
Copper (Cu)
Rare earth elements (REE)
Oil and natural gas
Groundwater
Historical and archaeological structures
This applies to both onshore and offshore projects.
How long does an exploration study take?
Airborne surveys conducted with the M2® system typically deliver structured technical results within approximately 10 working days, depending on project scale, geological complexity and operational conditions.
Are the results scientifically validated?
Yes. The technology has been applied in multiple real-world projects and its outputs have been reviewed and interpreted by international geologists, independent consultants and scientific teams. Deliverables are provided in structured 2D and 3D subsurface models to support technical evaluation.
Does the M2® system replace drilling?
The M2® system does not replace final drilling operations. Instead, it significantly reduces uncertainty prior to drilling by identifying areas of higher geophysical interest. This enables more strategic drill targeting and improved capital efficiency.
Are projects and data treated confidentially?
Absolutely. Movin’Marine handles all project data under strict confidentiality standards, ensuring professional and secure management from the initial consultation through final reporting.
What information is required to request a study?
For a preliminary technical evaluation, it is recommended to provide:
- Project location
- Target resource
- Approximate survey area (hectares or km²)
- Exploration objective
With this information, our technical team can assess feasibility and propose an appropriate exploration strategy.
